Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 16, 2026

1. Introduction

Vectormonk Ltd ("we," "us," or "our") develops and publishes mobile games and applications. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our games, applications, websites, or related services (collectively, the "Services").

This policy applies to all games and applications published by Vectormonk Ltd unless a particular Service provides a separate privacy notice. The features and third-party services used may differ from one application to another.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on the Service, the permissions you grant, and your privacy choices, we and our service providers may process:

  • Device and technical information: device model, operating system, app version, language, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, and device or advertising identifiers where permitted.
  • Gameplay and usage information: game progress, achievements, settings, session activity, interactions, and in-game events.
  • Diagnostics: crash reports, performance metrics, error logs, and other technical information needed to maintain our Services.
  • Purchase information: purchase status, transaction identifiers, and product details. Payment card information is generally processed by the applicable app store or payment provider, not directly by us.
  • Advertising and analytics information: installation and conversion events, campaign attribution, ad interactions, and measurement identifiers where permitted.
  • Information you provide: messages or other details you send when contacting us for support.

3. Facebook and Meta Technologies

Some Services may use Meta technologies, including the Facebook SDK, Meta App Events, and Facebook Login. Depending on the integration and your settings, these technologies may process application events, device information, advertising identifiers, and interaction data to support analytics, advertising measurement, or other app functionality.

If a Service offers Facebook Login and you choose to use it, we may receive the information you authorize Meta to share with that Service, such as an app-specific user ID and basic public profile details. We only request permissions needed for the relevant features.

4. How We Use Information

We use information, as applicable, to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain our Services.
  • Save gameplay progress and support game features.
  • Analyze usage, improve game balance and user experience, and fix technical issues.
  • Respond to support requests.
  • Validate transactions and prevent fraud or abuse.
  • Deliver advertising, measure campaigns, and provide personalized ads where permitted and where any required consent has been obtained.
  • Comply with applicable laws and enforce our rights.

5. Third-Party Services

Our Services may use third-party tools for analytics, advertising, attribution, authentication, crash reporting, app functionality, and payments. Depending on the individual application, these may include Meta (Facebook SDK and Meta App Events), Google Firebase and Google Analytics, Google AdMob or Google Ads, AppsFlyer, Unity Technologies, Apple App Store, Google Play, and other advertising networks or mediation providers.

These providers may process information under their own privacy policies and according to their role as service providers or independent controllers. The specific providers and data processed vary by Service.

6. Legal Bases for Processing

Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or similar rules apply, our legal bases may include:

  • Contract: processing necessary to provide requested Services and functionality.
  • Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and Service improvement, subject to your rights.
  • Consent: tracking, personalized advertising, or other processing for which consent is legally required.
  • Legal obligations: processing needed to meet applicable legal requirements.

You may withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

7. Advertising and Privacy Choices

Some Services display ads supplied by third-party advertising partners. Where permitted, these partners may use advertising identifiers and other information for ad delivery, attribution, frequency control, fraud prevention, and measurement.

Where required by applicable law or platform policy, we seek consent before using personal information for tracking or personalized advertising. You may also manage advertising and tracking preferences in your device settings and, where available, the consent options presented within a Service.

Depending on applicable privacy law, some disclosures to advertising partners may be characterized as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We honor applicable opt-out rights and requests.

8. Sharing and Disclosure

We may disclose relevant information to providers that help us operate our Services, including infrastructure, analytics, advertising, attribution, app distribution, and technical-support partners. We may also disclose information where required by law, to respond to valid legal requests, or to protect users, our Services, and our rights. We do not disclose personal information beyond what is appropriate for these purposes and applicable law.

9. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, meet the purposes described in this policy, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or comply with legal obligations. Retention periods vary according to the data category, Service, and applicable requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it where appropriate.

10. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

11. Children's Privacy

We take children's privacy seriously. Where a Service is directed to children or is used by children, we seek to apply age-appropriate safeguards and comply with applicable children's privacy laws and platform requirements. We do not knowingly use children's personal information for behavioral advertising where prohibited. Parents or legal guardians can contact us with concerns or applicable requests relating to a child's information.

12. International Data Transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than the one in which you live. Where required by law, we rely on appropriate legal safeguards for international transfers, which may include contractual measures recognized under applicable data-protection rules.

13. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or portability of your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; to withdraw consent; and to opt out of certain advertising-related uses or disclosures. You may also have the right to complain to a competent data-protection authority.

To exercise these rights, email info@vectomonk.com. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your request.

14. Facebook Data Deletion Requests

To request deletion of information associated with a Facebook integration used in one of our Services, email info@vectomonk.com with the subject Data Deletion Request. Please identify the relevant game or application and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant account or data. We may need to verify your identity before processing a request.

We will process verified requests in accordance with applicable law, subject to any lawful retention requirements, and respond within the applicable legal timeframe.

You can also disconnect an application from Facebook through Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → Remove. Disconnecting an app does not necessarily delete information previously received by us; email us to request deletion of such information.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our Services, technologies, or legal obligations change. When we do, we will publish the revised policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
